• Provide both direct and indirect care to create a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment for residents.

• Collaborate with residents and other care providers effectively.

• Must be a graduate of a State Board approved CNA course.

• Previous CNA experience of 1-3 years preferred; consideration given to new CNAs with relevant work experience.

• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Must have flexibility to cover 24 hours/day, 7 days per week and to float to other units as needed.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience providing proficiency in required responsibilities may be considered.
