Travel- LPN

As an LPN with NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to travel to different locations, explore new environments, and expand your nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans
• Provide basic nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and vital signs monitoring
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Document patient information accurately and maintain meticulous records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective and comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and self-care techniques
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an LPN
• Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare software
• Knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare environments and travel to various locations
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Time Schedule: 6:45am-7:15pm
Pay rate: $1,296 -$1,368 @36 hrs per Week

Stipend: upto $800/weekly
Sign on Bonus: paid one time on 2nd or 3rd paycheck
License Required: Maine License
Required: BLS Certificate
