Travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker In Everett, WA

Job Title: Social Worker Job Specialty: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Job Duration: 13 or 26-week options with possible extension Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: 1 year, new graduates with clinical social work experience considered License: WA license in hand required upon application Certifications: MSW and BLS required, LCSW preferred Must-Have: Complex discharge experience required Job Description: - Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with discharge experience

• Ability to work as an independent problem solver

• Must work well with the onsite discharge planner and provide post-care planning with patients

• Potential to work weekends as needed

• Floating required between discharge locations and possibly between campuses

• Experience in guardianship, working with DHS, and brokering with outpatient services is preferred

• Will require local travel between facilities and shelters for patient care and follow-up

• Must adhere to the holiday work schedule requirement, committing to work 3 out of 5 major holidays

• Charting handled through EPIC system

• Must be willing to float between all facilities within the state as necessary

• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius not accepted at this time

• Orientation session includes 40 non-billable hours
