• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing with a specialty in Mental Health

• Two years of supervised experience providing various behavioral health direct services

• Experience in a cross-cultural setting, preferably with Native American cultures

• Basic computer knowledge and standard office equipment usage skills

• Advanced written and oral communication skills

• Proficiency in clinical assessment skills

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Conduct consultations for individuals experiencing emotional, mental, or behavioral disturbances upon request from a medical professional in acute care clinics.

• Provide brief evaluations to reduce symptom impacts and/or coordinate referrals to appropriate service providers within three contacts.

• Perform essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations made for qualified individuals with disabilities.

• Complete and submit credentialing files no later than a specific date prior to the start date to avoid rescheduling.

• Maintain an organized and timely workflow to meet patients' needs effectively.
