As part of the Global Business Services team, this role is responsible for oversight of the travel and expense system, SAP Concur and is considered a subject matter expert for all travel and expense inquiries
understanding of the system processes so you can make any updates or fixes as needed.
Responsible for oversight of Harris IT import and export files into and out of the SAP Concur software system.
Will need to enter and maintain any IT tickets if there are any issues identified with the software system processes.
Create and run reports out of the SAP Concur software as requested by Harris employees.
Responsible for customer service to all segments for any functional or policy related issues or questions.
Lead annual expense trainings for multiple segments across Harris.
Must maintain a close relationship with Harris preferred travel company to be sure all configuration is up to date.
Assist with any projects related to the SAP Concur software program.
Maintain annual required documentation.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills:Proficient use of Pivot Tables, Condition Statements and basic understanding of Macros.
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to gather and analyze information and resolve difficulties quickly.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Concur Expenses module and functionality, and PeopleSoft Expense module
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple divisions and build effective customer relationships.
Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a wide variety of areas with focus on analysis, problem solving and improvement.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written, comfortable presenting to large groups and senior management.
