Position Responsibilities:

You will delight the traveler/travel arranger and all CWTSatoTravel clients

  • Arrange domestic and international travel for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation

  • Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which will provide the very best traveler experience

  • Interact with travelers, and travel arrangers by leading and listening conversations to provide the first level of support for customer service and resolve simple customer problems

You will strengthen the CWTSatoTravel brand

  • Build loyalty by enhancing our clients' overall travel experience while meeting every travel management service requirement and expectation

  • Maintaining a favorable working relationship with all other company employees and ensuring to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate

  • Embrace new technology and ways of working to promote flexibility to adjust quickly to the shifting needs of the business

Position Requirements:

We are looking for an energetic self-starter with the desire to learn and grow who exemplifies the following traits:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1-3 years travel counselor experience

  • Excellent industry knowledge and reservation skills in order to create domestic and international reservations to include air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation

  • Knowledge of ticketing procedures

  • Proficiency in a minimum of one native GDS

  • Sabre experience preferred

  • Government travel reservation experience a plus

  • Ability to meet and maintain required performance standards

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required

This is an onsite position and telecommute will not be an option.

Learn more about this agency Responsibilities WHAT DOES A REVENUE AGENT, ON-THE-JOB INSTRUCTOR (OJI) DO? As an On-the-Job Instructor you will be responsible for delivering the instruction/training to individuals from within your organization. As an OJI, you will use your technical expertise and years of experience to plan and conduct training on basic and/or advanced areas of tax law, procedures, policies, techniques, or other specialized fields unique to your position/occupation. As an OJI you will be called upon to share knowledge and expertise with employees within your unit/organization in a one to one environment. You will perform these duties as a collateral duty assignment, with no change to your current position description or post of duty. Teach and/or provide instruction in recruit, basic, advanced, and specialized courses and technical knowledge, counsel others during the progress of the OJI to assist with problems and provide special guidance. * Coordinate with others who may be assigned on either a full time or part time basis for recruit, basic or advanced training as required. Assure that instructors or other coaches are informed of any changes in course or technical subject matter. Coordinate as appropriate on methods, techniques, training aids, and trainee management relative to assigned training or technical areas. * May also provide specialized OJI training to other OJI instructors, if appropriate. * Ensure familiarity with course materials, illustrative material, case studies, technical materials and OJI assignments accordingly. Ensure consistency in technical interpretation of regulations and their application.
