Travel Coordinator/Event Planner - Part-Time

Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc. (ICS) of Waltham, MA is seeking a travel Coordinator and Event Planner extraordinaire. You excel at something akin to psychic-tetris, i.e. thriving on solving real-time problems and handling multiple projects concurrently, all while interfacing with an eclectic group of software engineers. You have an affinity for details and will be an essential player on a hardworking global team. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate complex and ever-changing travel arrangements, including budget management
• Track and manage expense reports efficiently
• Provide monthly reports on travel and related expenditures
• Plan and organize logistics for quarterly team meetings.

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google tools
• Exceptional time management abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• The service-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs proactively
• Capable of collaborating with individuals at all levels within the organization, as well as external stakeholders
• Flexible and enthusiastic demeanor with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree and prior relevant experience required

Ideally, you are reentering the workforce and have extensive travel experience that you can apply to each trip.
