• Emergency Room Number of positions: 4 Shift: Night shifts- 36 hours Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 08/16/2023 Hourly pay: $49.14 OT : 1.5 Weekly Pay : $1,679 JOB DESCRIPTION Prepared to respond to emergencies, assist doctors in emergency medical care, and ensure a high quality of nursing standards are maintained, among other duties and required to remain calm under pressure, display sound decision-making skills and be attentive to patient needs.
  
  Three 12 hr shifts/week, 1900-0730 Free parking on campus Navy blue scrubs EPIC EMR Required a minimum of 2 years experience. Department: Emergency Services Shift timings: 19:00 - 07:30 Roles & Responsibilities Being ready to respond and equipped to deal with a medical emergency. Quickly assessing patient needs.
  
  Treating critical injuries, allergic reactions, and trauma. Performing minor medical operations. Cleaning wounds.
  
  Drawing blood. Maintaining emergency room care standards. Assisting with insurance paperwork.
  
  Ensuring the efficiency of the patient check-in process. Displaying strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios. QUALIFICATIONS Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) National Institutes of Health (NIH) Certified Principal Investigator (CPI) Certification Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  
  The ability to stand for extended periods. Strong technical skills. Knowledge of medical terminology Passionate about patient care Graduate from a fully accredited RN program Minimum three years of current RN Emergency Room experience Active unencumbered Pennsylvania state license One year of EPIC experience Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Requirements:
