At AAA, we are looking for a full-time team member to join our team of professional Travel Agents. Experience is preferred, however, if you love to travel, and have personally traveled, we offer extensive training and professional development every step of the way, including paid familiarization (FAM) Study trips.

Convenient Store Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM to 6PM, and Saturday, 9AM to 2PM (37.5 hour work week, no Sundays)

The primary duties of a Travel Agent are:
Sell international and domestic travel packages including cruises, land packages, air travel, car and hotel
Educate our clients on preferred travel products and services offered by the Agency
Successfully meet or exceed goals through relationship development with our members as well as growing your client base through new business referrals
Cross-sell relevant products to enhance the travel experience such as the AAA Travel Advantage Visa Credit Card
Prepare and process relevant travel documents and invoices in an organized and efficient manner.
Comply with and remain educated on current Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) regulations and AAA Club Alliance policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent (a graduate of an accredited travel school preferred)
Minimum of 2 years sales experience required; Travel Industry and/or personal travel experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
Knowledge of Geography and current world events
