Grow your career as a successful Travel Advisor Support Specialist within Hyatt Inclusive Collection. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between Hyatt Inclusive Collection and our network of travel agency partners. Your dedication and expertise will be instrumental in optimizing revenue streams by providing comprehensive support to our valued travel advisors on a daily basis, managing a high volume of inquiries with efficiency and precision.

A successful Travel Advisor Support Specialist will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our travel agency partners, fostering strong and lasting relationships through proactive communication and support, including addressing commission inquiries, managing client requests, and handling booking validations with meticulous attention to detail and more.

  • Provide timely and expert assistance to travel advisors addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on products, services, and booking procedure within established KPI's.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve challenges, and ensure seamless coordination between departments for the best advisor experience.

  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources to empower travel advisors with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

A successful Travel Advisor Support Specialist will have:

  • High School Diploma.

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the travel industry.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and platforms, including Salesforce CRM system and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A passion for travel and customer service with a genuine desire to help others create memorable experiences.

  • Valid Passport.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and programs.

  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.

  • Demonstrated capability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks across multiple timelines.

  • Possessing strong analytical process with acute attention to detail.

  • Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
