PAY AND BENEFITS
Hourly Pay Range: $20.910149 - $26.303793
Salary offers will be made within the posted pay range and will be based on a candidate's experience (paid or unpaid) that is directly relevant to the position.
A temporary status or seasonal status position receives EAP benefits only. Employees will accrue one (1) hour of sick leave for every thirty (30) hours worked with a maximum accrual of eighty (80) hours per year
JOB DETAILS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Clackamas County's Social Services Division is seeking a part-time, temporary Program Aide 2 to support the Transportation Reaching People (TRP) program. The program provides transportation to residents of Clackamas County who are older adults or those who experience a disability, driving program participants to medical appointments, personal business, and to access food and socialization opportunities.
The Program Aide 2 will support the TRP program by completing administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, training documentation, and recordkeeping. Additionally, the Program Aide 2 will help with the implementation new program requirements related to TriMet funding, including identifying eligible riders for TriMet LIFT, ensuring they are correctly documented in the dispatching system, and helping with implementation of eLearning modules for volunteers.

Required Minimum Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:*
A minimum of two (2) years of related experience that would provide the required knowledge and skills to perform the responsibilities of this position
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience providing customer service including strong communication skills
Experience maintaining program record keeping systems, tracking, and processing complex data entry tasks
Experience with office procedures, practices and equipment including personal computers and related software
Experience establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with service providers, agencies, law enforcement and other social service professionals
Ability to relate to a wide variety of people of varying ages, cultural, socioeconomic backgrounds and needs
Preferred Special Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:*
Experience working with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities
Experience using transportation service dispatch software and online systems

WORK SCHEDULE
This position is included in the County's alternate workweek program, working 2 days per week, 4 hours per day, during a standard workweek of Monday through Thursday (Fridays off). Specific hours and days of work will be discussed with the candidate selected for this position at the time an offer of employment is extended. This position is designated as on-site/in-person. It is expected that the selected candidate will perform duties at the specified on-site work location.
