Cost analysis, comparison, simulation and rate review of transportation cost
Support in general transportation questions/inquiries
Support in new project such as new warehouse opening with system setup and 3PL transitioning for transportation management for the warehouse
Contract rate management in system for Finished Goods/GPCA businesses by uploading/updating/maintaining the rates
System support by providing assistance to users including 3PL/carriers/warehouse team to troubleshoot any system issue/error in TMS/WMP
Support freight audit team and accounting/finance team with freight cost related questions or unpaid freight bills or rate confirmation (Finished goods/GPCA)
Maintaining SDSA Management Fee in system (Finished Goods/GPCA)
Report preparation (weekly, monthly) as requested
Team member management (currently 5 employees, contract, evaluation and renewal)
Response to customers requests in timely manner
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Our VAD Coordinator, under the general direction of the Surgical Director, acts as the central point of contact for patients and their families who are managed with or being considered for a VAD. In addition, the VAD Coordinator oversees the coordination of VAD patients across the continuum, and requires the ability to interface successfully with patients & their family, physicians (heart failure physicians, cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons and referring physicians outside the institution), heart transplant coordinators, nursing and other clinical staff.
The VAD Coordinator coordinates clinical evaluation of potential VAD candidates, coordinates discharge and managing the patient post-VAD placement in outpatient clinic. Educates nursing staff and patient/caregiver on patient care, maintaining VAD equipment safely and research, and provides education and support to the community who will support these patients post discharge (EMT, home health nurses and other health care professionals).
The ideal VAD Coordinator will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
