This Manager will implement and maintain training and development for their fleet, coaching drivers hands-on. This company offers an unbeatable benefits package Requirements: 5 years experience in a Safety Management leadership role in a Transportation-related industy Experience utilizing Smith System driver safety program (certification is a plus) Bilingual Spanish Microsoft Office skills including Excel Experience utilizing Fleet Safety management systems Training and Development experience Waste management experience is a plus
