In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the most economical and effective transportation solutions while exceeding customer expectations and driving profitability.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of talented professionals to drive productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize pick-up and delivery performance while maximizing profit margins.

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all regulations, maintaining safety and security standards while upholding contractual agreements.

• Oversee the review and approval of freight invoices, ensuring accuracy and profitability to maintain optimal cash flow.

• Collaborate with cross-functional supply chain leaders to address challenges and provide strategic logistics solutions.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators and cost factors to drive operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• 2+ years of 3PL management experience, including rate and contract negotiation within a logistics function.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications.

• Strong ability to interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and agreements.

• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and manage conflicting responsibilities effectively.

• Exceptional conflict management skills, particularly in handling sensitive and complex matters.
