KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:

Process and Standard:

Assist in defining/updating procedures, in conjunction with the business operation teams
Maintain/builds performance indicators
Contributes to the deployment of standards

Continuous improvement: Contributes to or steer process performance, based on the framework set by the Supply Chain Leadership Team:

Contributes to diagnostics and identification of areas for improvement
Supports operational teams in their continuous improvement process, including coordination with 3rd party providers

Project/studies under his/her responsibility:

Carries out the design, construction and contributes to the deployment of processes/tools, at the best cost/performance ratio to deliver value
Carries out the operational plan to complete projects
Coordinates the construction and supports the deployment of solutions (processes and tools) in line with IT applications, if applicable
Manages the planning and resources of their studies/projects under his/her responsibility
Defines and tests solutions
Builds the training material and contributes to training
Consolidates, challenges, validates, and arbitrates the evolution of solutions and pilots their implementation
Is a project leader or contributor
Facilitates the transfer of solutions to operational teams (including materials, training plans, document management, etc.)

Support: provide support according to punctual business needs to improve the service level defined for the process

Builds and deploys the key operating indicators to support teams
Provides expertise in transportation flow analysis, transportation optimization, mode selection and associated systems:
Transportation Management Systems (JDA/Blue Yonder exposure a plus)
3rd Party Transportation Optimization
Yard Management Systems
Domestic Track and Trace Systems
Intercontinental Track and Trace Systems
Direct experience with a domestic carrier(s) operation and/or exposure to various transport modes (Truckload, LTL, Dedicated, Small Pack, etc.) a plus
Intercontinental experience a plus (brokers, carriers, customs regulation management, etc.)
Experience with FTZ a plus
Entry level database/SQL querying and PowerBI knowledge a plus
