At Tetra Tech, we are searching for an entry-level Transportation Engineer to join our Transportation team in Toledo, Ohio full-time.  As an EIT, you will be involved with the design of local roadways, highways, multi-use paths and traffic control systems, and will work with our team of recognized industry experts.

Your Role:

• Design of highway, arterial and local roadway improvements

• Performs a variety of routine engineering tasks, including development of roadway, signing, pavement marking, traffic signal, and maintenance of traffic plans

• Perform roadway 3D Modeling

• Prepare estimated quantity calculations and cost estimates

• Assist in the preparation of engineering documents, plans, and specifications

• Assist in the development of project schedules

• Perform site visits to support the design process

• Prepare alternative evaluation studies and similar reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering (transportation focus is a plus)

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification with the intent to obtain Professional Engineer Certification, preferred

• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record

• Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D is preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft software, to include Word and Excel
