ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Performs driving of organization's vehicles and vehicle maintenance by ensuring vehicle cleanliness, proper mechanical functions, filled with fuel, lubricants, and accessories as required.
Demonstrates ability to operate radio or communication device as required.Maintains vehicle records by recording into a daily log of pick-ups, deliveries, gas usage, and purchase log. Records clients' behaviors or problems and reports to facility staff.Maintains confidentiality of client records.Provides client supervision by maintaining line-of-sight of clients, ensure location of clients at appropriate locations, ensure wearing of seat belts as required, and enforces transportation rules.Participate as a team member by cooperating with staff and demonstrate compromise and expression of opinions as appropriate. Attend staff meetings as required and perform duties as a positive role model for clients and colleagues. Utilize chain of command in all aspects of program and follow organization's policies and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Mechanical Training and/or knowledge; and one year related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid State Drivers License with appropriate Endorsements.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Traveling to all areas within the State of Tennessee and surrounding states may be required.
