Job Summary:

Coordinate the transportation services needed for Fabick Rents and our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prioritize, Organize, Communicate, and Document information for all transportation services requested.

• Schedule transportation of equipment for Rental locations utilizing in-house and outside transportation vendors to ensure on-time deliveries and timely return of off-rent equipment.

• Maximize efficiency by logically routing transportation vendors while meeting company and customer needs.

• Maximize productivity by managing the day-to-day operations and schedules of each transportation vendor/driver.

• Communicate with rental staff and customers concerning the location of equipment and provide accurate delivery times before the late arrival of equipment.

• Problem-solve and find solutions for all disputes between Fabick and transportation vendors.

• Direct investigations to resolve customer complaints.

• Responsible for tracking, communicating, and helping to control transportation services costs.

• Analyze expenditures and other financial information to develop plans, policies, and budgets to improve transportation services and increase profits.

• All other duties as assigned.
