If so, we are looking for an experienced Transportation and Logistics Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a seasoned professional who can oversee our transportation and logistics operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our goods and services reach our clients in a timely and efficient manner.

They will also be at the forefront of ensuring that our operations comply with all the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities: As a Transportation and Logistics Manager, you will: 1. Oversee the planning and execution of transportation and logistics operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. 2.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs. 3. Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and safety standards, and maintain all necessary documentation. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service. 5.

Manage relationships with transportation and logistics service providers, negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that arise. 6. Implement and oversee safety programs, conducting regular safety audits and training staff on safety protocols. 7. Monitor and analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 8.

Develop and manage budgets, providing regular reports to senior management. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation and logistics management. 2.

Demonstrated knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. 3. Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and large teams. 4. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 5.

Strong leadership and team management abilities. 6. Proficient in using logistics and transportation management software. 7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 8.
