EquipmentShare is Hiring a Transportation Administrator

EquipmentShare is searching for a Transportation Administrator for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Champion the process of obtaining titles and registration for company vehicles, trailers, and heavy equipment at various EquipmentShare locations

  • Oversee the overall fuel card process, including setting up new drivers, adding cards to new vehicles and monitoring fuel charges

  • Accurately document, store and keep organized all vehicle and trailer records

  • Maintain a transparent and consistent communication pathway between EquipmentShare branch employees and Fleet department to ensure their needs are met

  • Create and provide reports to support the Fleet management team using Excel or Google Sheets (and other spreadsheet tools as needed)

  • Review, analyze and confirm equipment/inventory purchases and leases

  • Maintain inventory purchase and allocation spreadsheets

  • Must have experience with Vlookups/Excel/Google Sheets

  • DOT/DMV experience

  • Previous fleet experience preferred

Skills & Qualifications

  • You have knowledge of or experience working with the Department of Transportation and/or Department of Revenue

  • An existing understanding of state-to-state titling and registration processing for vehicles

  • Strong foundation in working with spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets), using Pivot Tables and generating reports

  • The ability to work and collaborate with departments across the organization

  • You pay high attention to detail and prioritize accuracy when completing your work

  • You have exceptional organizational, time management and multitasking skills

  • You're a team player through and through

  • Offer support to branch inquiries

  • Help manage vehicle inventory

  • Communicate with the branches regarding received units

  • Help with the managing of fuel cards, tolls, vehicle registration and titles
