Transport Maintenance Coordinator

Rayus Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a Transport Maintenace Coordinator to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining ight on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! Under moderate supervision, responsible for the pick-up and delivery of mobile imaging equipment. Transportation of equipment may involve moving one or more units through a pre-set delivery route or may involve third party equipment moves on long-haul, short-haul or one-way moves.

This position is full-time working 40 hours per week; shifts are nights and weekends. The ideal candidate lives in Manchester, NH or surrounding area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(85%) Equipment Transportation & Maintenance

• Transports equipment to appropriate destinations in safe manner within pre-determined schedule

• Sets up and takes down unit according to van manufacturer's and company guidelines

• Ensures preventive maintenance and general maintenance is performed according to government regulations and within company guidelines using most cost-effective manner

• Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of transportation equipment

• Maintains cleanliness of transportation equipment to include weekly or bi-weekly exterior washing

• Performs monthly maintenance on vehicle

• Ensures tractors and trailers are DOT compliant at all times

(10%) Administrative Support

• Maintains current logs including electronic logs and fuel/mileage reports, and submits in timely manner

• Documents daily vehicle inspections and monthly maintenance on vehicle

• Completes expense reports and time reports in timely manner and submit to appropriate supervision for approvals

• Ensures unit contains current registrations, permits and insurance documents at all times. Assists in obtaining documentation from state and local agencies as requested

• Contacts customers and third parties to confirm availability for deliveries and pick up

• Completes expenses within Wells Fargo

• Tracks and completes payroll information with ADP

(5%) Performs other duties as assigned

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Class "A" driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass DOT drug, alcohol and physical screens

Preferred:

• 5 years of commercial driver experience
