Transport Driver - CNA - PRN

Shell Rock Senior Living, located in Shell Rock, IA, is a 44-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with an additional 30-beds dedicated to Assisted Living (AL). We are seeking a CNA Resident Transport Driver to join our team. If you are a CNA who enjoys driving, come join us in this dual role where you'll hit the open road while positively impacting lives!

CURRENT NEEDS: Part-time/PRN Flexible; may include last minute transport needs. Open to non-clinical, but would need to obtain CPR certification upon hire.

JOB SUMMARY:

CNA-certified Transport Drivers provide exceptional personal care for our residents. Responsibilities include transporting residents to and from their appointments and/or activities, assisting residents safely in and out of the vehicle, ensuring the vehicle's interiors and exteriors are maintained in a clean manner, interacting with residents, families, and members of our community in a polite and professional manner. The CNA Transport Driver may also assist with dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, baths/showers, as well as providing basic treatments required and as directed by nursing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Unencumbered, state-issued Driver's License.

• Hold current CNA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific certification.

• Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
