UK Healthcare is seeking a Transplant Network Manager to facilitate transplant and organ failure network development. This will include the creation of educational programs in the community, bridging the gap between organ specific specialists in the community and our providers at UK, working closely with our established partners and affiliations, and supporting the overall needs of the network. The successful candidate will manage all transplant patient advocates, who are responsible for visiting dialysis centers throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and West Virginia to educate and involve patients and provider.
In addition, the Network Manager will work in collaboration with the Physician Liaison Program to monitor and coordinate relationships with referring providers and dialysis centers throughout the state and region. In addition, this position will work with UK HealthCare Marketing to develop and update marketing materials for distribution to referring physicians and offices.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic planning and program development skills; will be ambitious; pay high attention to detail; have planning and coordinating, collaboration, development and relationship building skills and have the ability to direct the work of the program to reach intended goal.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education/Experience
Master's and 3 years' experience in working with physicians and referral relationships.
