General Purpose
The T&D Training Analyst will develop, deliver, review, and maintain the T&D technical training programs and/or curriculum. Monitor, report and ensure compliance with state and federal agencies. Conduct training assessments and analysis to determine additional individual training as needed. Provide administrative support to the department, including payroll entry, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements and staff meeting support.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain and implement Technical Training progression programs.
Support Wires, Sub Ops, Estimating and Metering departments through coordination of meetings and training as assigned by the Directors.
Coordinate with Labor Relations and Labor Unions to develop programs or language within the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Act as the subject matter expert for all essential skills within the four craft disciplines with Apprenticeship programs.
Evaluate and monitor progress and competency of employees in training programs.
Create and analyze reports, employee development, new hire training, and ensure compliance with state and federal agencies.
Perform payroll entry, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements and other administrative support as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of five years related professional experience.
A thorough understanding of Service Coordinator duties and business systems within Wires, Sub Operations and Metering (such as RCMS and SAP).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to develop a rapport with different audiences, and to understand and adapt to the various learning styles of class participants.
Excellent oral and written presentation skills required in order to prepare training materials and deliver training sessions.
Proficient with the use of personal computers including spreadsheet, database, word processing, and presentation applications.
Ability to travel.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 12.00% of salary.
