Transitional Kindergarten Teacher 2024 - 2025 School Year

RUSD is seeking dynamic instructional leaders who: • Exhibit strong pedagogical skills • Have a breadth of experience in educational technology • Exhibit Instruction with a 21st-century perspective • Involve parents and community members in student learning RUSD requires applicants to hold a valid California Multiple Subjects Teaching Credential with an English Learner Authorization, along with one of the following: • 24 units in early childhood education or childhood development or • Professional experience in a classroom setting with preschool-age children or a • Child Development Teacher Permit issued by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing • Possession of a baccalaureate or higher degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education or a similar major. All required documents must be attached as part of your EDJOIN application. We do not accept any faxed, emailed, or mailed documents.

• Copy of Transcript (Copies of all college coursework credits)

• Credential Copy (Detailed copy including document number )

• English Learner Authorization (CLAD/BCLAD or similar English Learner authorization)

• Letter(s) of Recommendation (3 must be within the last 2 years and one from a direct supervisor)

• Other (Documents to verify additional TK requirements)

• Resume
