Responsible for pre-empting potential problems and working with the team to develop effective solutions Responsible for collecting, processing and reporting data to internal and external customers Identify requirements for product implementation Assist leadership to implement, oversee, and support Value Based products Requirements:

Current RN license with at least three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting Previous Experience in home care and home health.
