Description: This position supports coordination of transition services and activities for both internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree, special education preferred
Two years of experience with transition age youth or adults with disabilities, preferred
Experience working with businesses and community agencies
Knowledge and/or experience with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suite of office products
?Must be highly organized, possess good communications skills, be highly confidential at all times, act as a team player, be flexible to work on multiple tasks, pay attention to detail, be able to learn new skills and deal with constant change
Terms: Full-time, 188 days/year
Salary: LIUEA Pay Scale (Bachelors Min $47,157/year; Masters Min $52,550/year) plus benefits*
