The role:
SoFi is hiring an experienced Program Manager to join our operations project management office and support our transformation program management team. This person will help guide the work of various Operations groups in automating manual processes and managing member-centric servicing programs to implement an improved servicing model, as well as supporting PEGA and our complaints program. The Operations and Transformation platform team leads the development and implementation of the Operations strategic roadmap, including designing, planning, coordinating, and implementing all operational impacting projects (programs, policy, products, tools, and technology) to ensure Member Engagement teams are equipped with the most efficient tools, technology, and processes to best serve our Members.
The successful candidate will work directly with operations business owners, vendors, products, and engineering, to ensure projects meet established timelines and scope. They will manage and direct the implementation of projects, ranging from small to large, requiring the definition, development, delivery, and deployment of solutions that meet stakeholder needs and align with business drivers.
What you'll do:
Dissect business functions and identify opportunities to create value
Bring strong subject matter knowledge to define project scope, facilitate requirements, and proactively identify and overcome project blockers
Drive projects across the end-to-end banking experience originations, fulfillment, and servicing experiences
Manage and engage with multiple projects concurrently while addressing all project artifacts and operational readiness activities
Execute project management skills with rigor and discipline, driving stakeholders forward cohesively and collaboratively while ensuring proper communication and accountability
Establish and conduct meetings to communicate expectations, project roles, and status updates; track open issues and work with all groups and clients to resolve issues as required
Identify and manage project dependencies, risk mitigation, and critical path items and follow appropriate methodologies
Maintain excellent communication with all levels of management, be responsive to clients, and provide appropriate training and cross-training to other team members
What you'll need:
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, or business analysis within the financial services industry
5-8 years of hands-on experience within a financial services
Familiarity with end-to-end banking and credit card experiences, including originations, fulfillment, and servicing
Proven track record of execution in a multi-disciplinary, high-paced environment
Proficient with financial reports, business intelligence tools, and workflow design
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead
Ability to write and communicate clearly to internal stakeholders and vendors
Capable of grasping and utilizing complex ideas and strategies
Extremely organized and a strategic thinker who can execute in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
PMP, CAPM, or SCM certification preferred
Vendor management experience is a plus
Experience using Smartsheet software
Hands-on experience within a financial services call center environment is highly preferred
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.

Pay range: $83,200.00 - $156,000.00
Payment frequency: Annual
