About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to support business operations and planning activities for our Tax & Accounting Professionals team. As a Transformation Specialist, you'll assist in leading strategic initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and helping to drive business value.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in leading cross-functional project teams to drive high-priority business initiatives
Support the development of project roadmaps, facilitate collaboration to drive work forward, and track progress
Conduct discovery work to understand current state problems and refine scope for quarterly initiatives
Assist in leading team ideation to propose recommended solutions
Facilitate feedback with business leaders and key stakeholders to inform decision-making
Partner with business leaders to define implementation plans and support rapid execution
Assist in change management and communications planning
Support sustainability planning and leadership coaching

Strong facilitation skills, including workshop facilitation and team interaction

About You
Bachelor's Degree preferred, 2-4 years of experience in project management, agile coaching, or business operations roles
Ability to understand business needs and requirements
Basic experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with leaders and team members
Ability to quickly understand intended outcomes and assist in crafting project plans
Experience with MS Planner and MS Teams for virtual collaboration
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and credibility with leaders and team members
