Your role at Baxter
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Transfer Office Sourcing Program Manager to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to measure and report on the execution of the material transfer process between suppliers within our organization, across more than 20,000 parts, 52 global manufacturing centers and 3 business segments- operating in different tools. You will closely collaborate with the Transfer Office team, ensuring smooth transitions and optimizing the efficiency of the transfer oversight process with insight to procurement, business/segment, and executive leadership.
What you'll be doing
Report out to procurement leadership and executive leadership related to transfer office progress
Track, drive and understand key achievements in process to optimally communicate and achieve results
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of the material transfer process
Collect and analyze data on material transfers, delivery timelines, and execution effectiveness
Prepare reports and develop dashboards to communicate transfer office's execution efficiency
Identify trends and areas for improvement in the material transfer process through data analysis
Collaborate with internal partners, including supply chain management and procurement teams, to optimize the transfer operations
Develop and maintain data management systems to track and record all relevant transfer office activities
Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements to improve the efficiency and quality of material transfers
Provide recommendations and insights to improve the execution of the material transfer process and supplier performance
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, Data Science)
5+ years of experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive process improvements
Ability to present to executive leadership team and work with detail oriented technical and sourcing teams
Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software to present relevant insights to partners. Tableau and/or Power BI experience is a plus
Experience working with multiple data sources, including but not limited to: PLM/product life cycle data, commercial and procurement data, ERP/MES data, etc.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with internal teams and external suppliers
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues or obstacles in the material transfer process.
Prior experience in supply chain management

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - $143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
