Coordinates and participates in the planning, development, implementation, documentation, administration, and maintenance of the Transfer Articulation/Degree Audit System, AKA "U.Achieve," for the University. Coordinates the definition and maintenance of database structure and content for transfer academic requirements of the University, including NM State Core Curriculum and NM State transfer modules.

Makes coding changes appropriate for compliance with the NM HED Common Core Course Numbering project. Updates and maintains U.Achieve and T.E.S. (Transfer Evaluation System) to ensure compliance with NM State Regulations as well as UNM degree programs past, present, and future. Researches transfer course content encoding and maintaining transfer articulation tables in the U.Achieve database as well as T.E.S.

Works collaboratively with academic advisors, colleges, departments, university offices and transferring higher-education institutions to ensure appropriateness and accuracy of all transfer credits and courses for students, faculty, and staff. Acts as a liaison between Admission Associates and the Transfer Articulation Manager to ensure appropriate and accurate data transfer.

Conditions of EmploymentMinimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.

  • Experience working with a degree audit system (AKA: LoboTrax)

  • Maintaining database structures and curriculum structures

  • Problem solving and ability to work independently as well as in a team

VIEW JOBS 3/19/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-17T00:00 <p>WWC seeks an individual with knowledge of nuclear weapons accountability procedures and historical records in order to serve as a technical advisor to the DoD Executive Agent for Nuclear Weapons Limited LIfe Component (LLC). This position provides direct support for managing LLCs and ancillary and support equipment. Additionally, the position supports the Stockpile Accountability Section in the daily management and oversight of the DoD nuclear stockpile. Team members will provide support and mentorship to ensure selected candidate ramps up quickly and successfully.</p><p>Primary duties include: </p><p>- Manage the LLC and ALT kit definitions for each defined configuration and associated Group X base spare kits</p><p>- Develop, prepare, and coordinate requirements and source data for distribution in technical publications</p><p>- Serve as the DoD point of contact and interface on all planning, evaluation, proofing, and introduction of LLCs, containers, and equipment for nuclear weapons systems and associated operations</p><p>- Assist in the development and execution of verification exercises </p><p>- Review, validate, assess, and assist in the development of nuclear weapons accountability policy and procedures for LLC management</p><p>- Monitor nuclear weapons stockpile quantities and Service reporting for accuracy and compliance with Presidential mandates</p><p>- Coordinate nuclear weapon shipments and approve/create Materiel Transfer Orders (MTO) </p><p>- Prepare background materials, briefings, talking points, after action reports, requests and summaries </p> <p><br></p><p>WWC is a small, woman-owned business providing management consulting services to U.S. government agencies.</p> <p>At WWC, our employees are the embodiment of our success as a firm.
