The Supervisor will be responsible for providing oversight and leading a team of representatives who participate in planning, defining, scheduling, documenting, and coordinating efforts within the Transfer Agency. As the supervisor you will perform analysis of applications and tools used within the team, working to ensure project deadlines and client expectations are met by assigned staff members. Acting as the leader within the team you will be called upon to resolve difficult and complex issues as well as assist with the most complex work proposals.
Manage and coordinate the Help Desk system for the team to ensure that items are regularly monitored, prioritized, reviewed and updated
Manage, complete or assign tasks on teams project plans
Coordinate team training sessions and execute cross training
Coordinate and complete conversion items for the team
Responsible for the review and QC of reports
Responsible for ensuring the data on reports being produced by the BPS group is accurate and that it meets the needs of the recipient
Manage all fund audits and NSAR requests
Coordinate and manage the completion of all internal and client information requests
Review new fund report/job setups with IT/DST
Ensure funds are added/removed from client reports
Coordinate new scheduled report requests
Ensure checklists are up to date and create new checklists as needed
Coordinate & assist with completing team procedures (fid fee process, proxy process, etc)
Assist in producing metrics for the team
Assist team and Management as needed
Manage relationships and serve as the liaison for DST, Vendors, ALPS IT, etc
Manage file setup process and product support (NSCC, GECS, Celera, DST etc)
Additional requests and responsibilities may be taken on upon client request
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master's degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
Strong communication and written skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
General understanding of all Transfer Agency functions preferred
SQL, Access Data base experience a plus
As leader, willingness to work flexible hours (nights and weekends) as needed
