Transactional Advisory Leader

Our client, a Top 15 National Broker with over $3.5B in revenue and 8,000+ staff members is looking to fill a Leadership role in their Transactional Advisory Unit in the Midwest.

Ideal candidate should demonstrate mastery of EB and/or P&C, the private equity industry and play a role in the due diligence process. Also, overseeing a team of high performing M&A associates that interact with Private equity clients. The leader role will ensure that the team is meeting the needs of the Private Equity clients by evaluating current practice, identify gaps in coverage, areas of opportunity and present strategic roadmap to key stakeholders, including Executive Committee.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years' experience working with private equity clients focused on P&C and/or Employee Benefits insurance

• Ability to analyze and interpret exposure, financial and loss information and develop recommendations and strategies to support of the business goals and objectives of the PE firm or the portfolio company.

• Deep understanding of insurance/risk management or employee benefits concepts and their application to Clients' needs

• Experience in managing people / leading a team. This includes the recruiting, onboarding, training and development of people.

• Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid work environment which will require a commitment to be in office to lead the Practice based in the Midwest
