Job Description:

Responsible forservicing current and new accounts by coordinating and monitoring varioustransaction activities and will work with internal departments to managepurchase and sales transactions. The transaction manager will also serve as thein-house point-of-contact for clients, brokers, and others to collect or toprovide information on all account transactions.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Oversees all aspects of thetransaction process, including valuation, pricing strategy, marketing, duediligence, negotiating purchase and sale agreements and businessdevelopment

  • Underwriting/ Pricing Strategy/BOV Content Strategy/ Pitches

  • Oversee staff/ underwriting/BOV/ OM production

  • Liaison to the lead broker and/or client

  • Train staff

  • Oversee BOV/ OM direction/production/ strategy and quality control

  • Provides direction for researchprojects

  • Production team process qualitycontrol

  • Business development

  • Monitor Competition Materials/Processes

  • Available for calls/ tours/ negotiations

  • Implement the transactionprocess to complete seamless transactions on behalf of the client and inaccordance with client's processes and procedures

  • Source and manage third partybrokers/ service providers where required

  • Prepare, review, analyze and interpretfinancial analysis templates including book and cash flow projections, NPV(net present value), and/ or IRR (internal rate of return) to determinevalue of asset

  • Maintain all transaction andform files. Prepare reports and make presentations relevant parties.Prepare follow up letter to brokers and clients as required

  • Monitor and maintain a realestate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion

  • Attend selected client meetingsand pitches

  • Train and assist otheremployees

  • Lead project teams and/ or planand supervise assignments

  • Continually stays informed oflocal, national and global real estate trends and innovation

Skills, Education and

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or Law; Master's degreepreferred

  • Minimum of 7-9 years corporateor commercial real estate or related experience

  • Real Estate License Required

  • Strong financial acumen (NPV,IRR, etc.)

  • Advanced financial modelingskills using Microsoft Excel

  • Understanding of legal andfinancial aspects of a transaction process

  • Demonstrated clientrelationship management

  • Strong written and oralcommunication skills (analytical and report writing) necessary

  • May perform other duties as assigned
