Members of the Transaction Services practice help clients navigate through complicated transactions and events, from evaluation through integration, in a multifaceted business environment. PwC helps clients negotiate with confidence. We also provide advice and project management for capital raising events such as initial public offerings, secondary listings and private placements. The US Transaction Services Risk and Quality group falls within the Transaction Services (TS) practice.
This practice liaises directly with client service partners and business teams to provide deals-related consulting advice and support on risk management matters in the Deals space.
Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Understanding US, Transaction Services and Global Policy with respect to Risk Management;
Developing and executing upon the Firms Quality Control Reviews such as the Engagement Compliance Reviews for Transaction Services/Deals;
Working with TS Risk and Quality Leadership on risk management consultations; and,
Participating in Chief Risk Office (CRO) risk and quality initiatives.
Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs within a professional services consulting firm, including the following areas:
Staying current and applying applicable technical accounting and financial reporting standards, supporting resolution of technical issues through effective analysis of accounting standards/issues;
Identifying and elevating issues early, proposing solutions and communicating them effectively to team members and the client;
Enhancing the quality of work by actively supervising and coaching others, taking responsibility for the quality of work and performing a critical self-review, seeking the advice of supervisors, and responding to feedback in a timely manner;
Utilizing extensive know-how of business financials, reporting processes, and management of engagement economics;
