The Position: The Transaction Services Coordinator oversees all administrative details throughout the transaction process. The support our Transaction Service Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses. Our team provides full-service support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders and ensures a smooth path to closing. The Transaction Service Coordinator works hand in hand with local lenders and title companies, bringing extensive experience and strong industry contacts to each and every contract. This is a full-time in-person role.
What You'll Do:
Maintain and review files to ensure that all mandatory documents are complete and accurate.
Provide in office support for agents, the manager and Broker of Record
Assist with facility management tasks as needed
Manage and maintain workflow of office escrows and accounting system
Assist and support the Broker in file review and management
Work with the corresponding agents or brokers for client's review and approval of documents
Oversee the transaction timeline so that all tasks are completed prior to the deadline.
Stay in good communication with the key stakeholders to complete tasks, providing updates and reminders
Enter transaction information and upload documents to internal systems
Order reports on behalf of agents
Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by management
Who You Are:
Valid Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License REQUIRED
BA/BS degree preferred
3-5+ years of experience as a transaction coordinator
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. General understanding of MLS and CRM Software platforms
Strong knowledge of real estate sales practice, escrow process and financial lending
Strong oral and written communication skills, with an ability to manage expectations
Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content

Compensation:
Base Salary - $36-40K USD annually plus an estimated ~$30-40K in bonuses (pending closed transactions). Compensation will be determined based on the skills and qualifications of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
