TSR Consulting is seeking a Transaction Service Analyst for a Financial Client in Jersey City, NJ-

Function Overview:
The team provides MIFT/Funds transfer support.
Team handles cross border transfers with multiple banks in 50+ countries servicing clients supported by the bankers across NAM, EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions.
The team processes highly critical transfers like Dodd Frank, Multi-currency, FX and international transfers where delays or any issues could lead to financial, client and regulatory impact for Client as a whole.
Banking operations team assists the Private Bank client to transact approximately 25K transaction valuing 4 Billion US dollar PA.

Job Purpose:
Within the Banking Operations team, this position will work as a transaction service analyst in a team environment.
Job Background/context:
Entails working with Bankers, Service Officers, Global Consumer group, WL (World link)a web based payment platform that is offered to Client's clients globally to facilitate the movement of funds related to their businesses.
The role of Transaction Service Analyst (TSA) is to ensure accurate and timely execution of all transaction assigned, thus providing world class service to our Private Bank clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Processing of day to day transactions as per operating procedures.
Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times.
Ensure service quality (KPI's) is maintained.
Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised.
Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately.
Development Value:
Training: both on the job training and presented training courses
Product expertise SWIFT / MPP
Stake holder exposure within Client

This Analyst is responsible for registering and classifying received incidents, and to undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT service as quickly as possible. If no ad-hoc solution can be achieved, they are tasked with transferring the incident to expert technical support groups (second level support). This Analyst also processes service requests and keeps users informed about the status of incidents at agreed intervals. The support is delivered mainly through a Help Desk/call center environment. Responsibilities: * Provide accurate, timely and high quality customer-focused assistance. Responsible for the quality and delivery of technical support to customers on the technology used to deliver support of products and services and of related software to Verisk's internal employees. * Respond to customers within a designated timeframe with resolution/outcome and ensure customer business needs are met while adhering to ITIL process, corporate standards, and meeting service level agreements. * Anticipate, identify, reproduce, and resolve problems in areas of specialty in a professional manner * Demonstrated proficiency in the use of latest Windows Operating system and understands Windows naming conventions (file, directory, path, and drives.) * Demonstrate the willingness and ability to generate thoughtful, creative approaches to work. * Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Requirements: * Basic experience in a Help Desk, Call Center, and Technical Support environment. * Must be able to work the hours of open shift. * A knowledge of ServiceNow is preferred or similar ticketing system desired. * Demonstrate knowledge in all activities associated with incident, problem, and request resolution management of end user PC hardware and software issues in a Windows operating environment. Having experience with mainframe issues a plus. * Experience in the following: Most current Microsoft Windows Operating System as well as Microsoft Office Products (Office 365). * Experience in Remote connectivity via VPN and VDI. * Basic knowledge of TCP/IP as well as Network Hardware, such as routers, switches, hubs, etc. including their functions and capabilities. Microsoft Windows Server technology. * Experience in Remote assistance tools such as Webex/PC Assist or similar tool which is used in most Help Desks to take control of customers PC's. * Experience in home networks and Wi-Fi in an effort to troubleshoot such issues. * Must follow ITIL processes and procedures and ITIL framework certification preferred. * Ability to work well with others in a team environment including as a member of possible rotational assignments, or as part of a project team * Experience in Security Administration of Active Directory &/or IBM RACF such as employee additions, transfers, deletions, creating security groups and also experience in server security access a plus.
