Transaction Processing Associate II

Job Track Description: Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills.

Performs tasks based on established procedures. In some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience. ​​Provide DOT medical card. If unavailable, be able to pass physical to obtain. ​​8 hours per day with possible OT.

Shift starts Sunday 7pm Mon-Thursday 8pm​. Ability to drive 26' box truck Pass annual DOT physical Lift mail bags 50lbs. Assist with mailroom sorting, splicing, etc. General Profile Expands skills within an analytical or operational process.

Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work. Works within established procedures and practices.

Works with a moderate degree of supervision. Functional Knowledge Has developed skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems. Business Expertise Integrates teams for the best outcome and achievement of company goals.

Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data. Follows up on pending research documents. Returns electronic data forms to the customer for additional information.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,450-$32,395.
