The Bluebeam Transaction Counsel serves the day-to-day transactional legal matters that underscore the fulfillment of Bluebeam's vision of global industry impact and sustainable financial success.

What we would like to see in you:

  • 2-5 years experience with at least 1 year of in-house corporate transactional experience.

  • Experience with negotiating government contracts a strong plus.

  • International exposure a strong plus.

  • Ability to conduct legal research and provide requested reporting.

  • Ability to competently manage multiple projects and transactions at once.

  • Ability to balance business needs with legal needs and to provide real-world, pragmatic advice to internal business partners.

  • Adept at modifying approach, style and schedule to best serve our dynamic, multicultural team and the business as a whole.

  • Strong communication skills - oral, written and presentations.

  • Authentic, open and personable with the ability to gain trust, operate with discretion and confidentiality, while maintaining full integrity at all times.

What you'll do:

  • Assess, negotiate and finalize customer/vendor contracts.

  • Work with paralegal to enforce legal standards and policies throughout organization.

  • Perform initiatives for and acts as quality gate to Head of Legal

  • Support Privacy, Compliance, and risk initiatives.

  • Assist in drafting and maintaining organization contract templates.

  • Act as central point of contact for the business teams.

  • Manage Channel Program contracts.

  • Proactive request management

  • Own the triage methodology and executes new standard of triage.

  • Act as the active quality gate to head of legal.

  • Travel up to 10% may be required

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam's Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best in class benefits, with 100% employee covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $105,800 - $132,100
