As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on a team that oversees all compliance and administrative details throughout the rental transaction process. The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses. Your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

  • Document collection for large volume of real estate transactions

  • Ensure real estate transactions are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details

  • Managing and tracking contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met

  • Ability to digest lease agreements and make informed decisions based on content

  • Careful attention to file review requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree

  • 1-3+ years of real estate experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Real estate license preferred

  • Customer service oriented personality

  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with Google Suite required

  • Experience with Skyslope a plus

Provide clients with valuation advice for assets and liabilities. Help decision-makers assess and plan the efficient allocation of resources in organizations. Review complex financial instruments to help clients determine the value of business, intellectual property, intangibles and other assets. Review and perform intangible business valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions; and financial reporting. Serve as a member of a cross functional engagement team. Stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client's business; and use and develop technology and tools to innovate and enhance the effectiveness of services provided. Utilize report generation and detailed financial modeling. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and 4 years of work experience. Must have successfully passed at least 1 qualifying exam for achievement for one of the following designations: CFA, CGMA, CPA, ACMA or foreign equivalent; or any certification or designation recognized by either the NASBA, the AICPA Mutual Recognition Agreement, or issued by a CCAB Recognized Qualifying Body. Must have 4 years of direct experience utilizing valuation techniques and methodologies (Income, Market and Cost Approaches) performed for Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) and Goodwill Impairment testing within a business valuation firm or practice; a venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, financial research, or national valuation firm; or in a corporate finance role for an organization. Must have 4 years of experience working on business valuation mergers and acquisitions; conducting valuations for financial reporting; financial modeling including building models from scratch in MS Excel and related software. Must have 3 years of Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) experience. Must have 2 years of experience working with external clients on business valuation engagements. Must have 1 year of experience managing engagements and engagement related budgets; and leading teams, including projects and engagement leadership, goal setting, and performance reviews.
