As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on a team of real estate licensees that oversees all compliance and administrative details throughout the transaction process. The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses. Our team provides full-service support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders and ensures a smooth path to closing. From document preparation to deadline tracking to requesting online testimonials, your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way. You will also work hand in hand with local lenders and title companies, bringing extensive experience and strong industry contacts to each and every contract you process.


  • Document tracking for large volume of real estate transactions

  • Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details

  • Managing and tracking contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met

  • Ensuring Agents are paid accurate commissions with a short turn-around time

  • Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content

  • Careful attention to file review requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree

  • 5+ years of real estate experience

  • 5+ years of prior people management experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Real estate license preferred

  • Customer service oriented personality

  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills

VIEW JOBS 5/10/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-08-08T00:00 JOB SUMMARY Responsible for listings and voucher processing for single or multiple offices with 20-200 employees. Prepares vouchers used to collect the commissions due to CBRE. Manages all listing and deal files in compliance to Real Estate regulations and facilitates the transfer of financial information to Transaction Accounting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assigns new listing numbers and creates files for all executed listing/commission agreements. Verifies required documents per CBRE's policies and Real Estate guidelines by completing the Listing File Checklist. Distributes listing renewal information to sales professionals and follows-up to obtain required documents in order to keep listings current. Verifies handwritten voucher against the written contract. Enters all sales and lease information into the Company's database according to the organization's guidelines and procedures. Assists in obtaining appropriate signatures/approvals and transferring all financial information to Transaction Accounting for further processing. Creates deal files and verifies required documents per CBRE's policies and Real Estate guidelines by completing the Deal File Checklist. Maintains property signs inventory. Orders and removes all property signs for the office. Completes signage purchase orders, and marketing budget forms. Manages the trust accounts for earnest monies including processing deposits and issuing checks per the respective state's rules and requirements. Assists Transaction Accounting in the process of collection and distribution of client's commission payments. Provides customer service to sales professionals. Assists Transaction Accounting in obtaining necessary verifications of various contingencies in order to adhere to the Company's revenue recognition policies. Other duties may be assigned. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal group. FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. REASONING ABILITY Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
