Digital Servicing Product Lead
The Digital & Channels Product team is responsible for all client connectivity as well as any digital products including client facing websites as well as internal tool. The Transaction Banking Servicing product role sits within the broader Digital & Channels team. The role is responsible for building the product vision for operational workflows and designing tools to support the business operating infrastructure and processes that Operations team need to support the business and provide clients with exceptional service. This includes designing and building workflows as well as product and operational automation, building workflow and case management, building monitoring and data and controls. The key performance indicators include straight through processing, operational efficiencies, and risk reduction.
The role requires experiences in payments and treasury services as well as digital experience in financial services or similar payment organizations. Experience building for internal operational workflow and efficiency is a plus. The role will partner very closely with Operations and work closely with the rest of the product teams as well as engineering and functional teams such as legal, compliance, risk, operations to build product features that our clients need.
As a product manager you will:
Identify industry and client needs and disruption opportunities, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative products to market.
Own and build a product roadmap including differentiated capabilities.
Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of capabilities.
Drive build-vs-buy decisions in our product development process, combing the landscape for potential Fintech partners in various stages of maturity
Own direct delivery of key product offerings including building business case, requirements, go-to-market plans, testing and ongoing product management and monitoring
Accountability and responsibility for product performance including defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure as well as monitoring ongoing client usage and experience for enhancements
Test and iterate in small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit, develop Minimally Viable Products (MVPs) and then scale to drive vertical and horizontal economics
Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle
Educate and work with cross-functional teams including firmwide legal, compliance, risks to ensure that the product offerings are market and client ready with appropriate risk and controls
Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teams
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in and passion for building and shipping great products, preferably web channels in the financial service domain
A deep understanding of Cash Management & Payments needs for Corporate clients on client experiences and internal processes
Experience working with Agile Methodologies
Exceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executives
Creative problem solver who lives at the intersection of Human, Business and Technology dimensions. Deep fluency and experience in at least two of these dimensions, with solid understanding of the third
Blend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative execution
Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
Experience working with legal, compliance, risk and regulatory requirements with respect to web platforms and client communication
Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 8 years of experience in Digital Product Management
At least 5 years' experience in Treasury Management and/or Corporate Payments
