Data & Analytics Product Lead
The Product team is responsible for all product offering for Transaction Bank inclusive of Payments, Liquidity, Digital, and Channels. As a new platform, we seek to build a unified platform for all products to ensure a consistent, top-in-class experience for all clients, which is inclusive of our data platform and infrastructure. The Data and Analytics Product Lead will work closely with our Data Platform and Analytics engineering team to ensure that we have streamlined data, data integrity, and data consistency for internal and external consumption. In addition, the role will own the end-to-end data and analytics program from prioritization, self-service, and to new initiatives to help the business and the platform scales.
The role requires experiences working in similar payments, treasury services, or tech/fintech organizations handling and working with data engineers as well as building for data self-service. The role will work closely with the rest of the product teams as well as engineering and functional teams such as legal, compliance, risk, operations to build product features that our clients need.
As a product manager you will:
Identify industry and client needs and disruption opportunities, guiding interdisciplinary teams to deliver innovative products to market.
Own and build a data product roadmap including differentiated capabilities including internal and external usage (data for client reporting and internal reporting)
Own data integrity and controls on how the business leverage and use data
Drive build-vs-buy decisions in our product development process (e.g. Tableau, Quicksight, etc.)
Own direct delivery of key product offerings including building business case, requirements, go-to-market plans, testing and ongoing product management and monitoring
Accountability and responsibility for product performance including defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure as well as monitoring ongoing client usage and experience for enhancements
Test and iterate in small-scale pilots to validate concepts, refine them to achieve product-market fit, develop Minimally Viable Products (MVPs) and then scale to drive vertical and horizontal economics
Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle
Educate and work with cross-functional teams including firmwide legal, compliance, risks to ensure that the product offerings are market and client ready with appropriate risk and controls
Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader on data and best practices for the organization
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in and passion for building and shipping great products, data driven products, analytics and reporting
A deep understanding of Cash Management & Payments needs for Corporate clients and data infrastructure that supports the business
Experience working with Agile Methodologies
Exceptional communication skills- someone who is an engaging storyteller and is at ease presenting to executives
Creative problem solver who lives at the intersection of Human, Business and Technology dimensions. Deep fluency and experience in at least two of these dimensions, with solid understanding of the third
Blend of both strategic and tactical thinking- someone who can identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts, and then organize thematic work areas in deep detail, thus aligning long term vision with iterative execution
Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to navigate and influence the organization
Experience working with legal, compliance, risk and regulatory requirements with respect to data and client reporting
Comfortable in the fast lane: Experience with driving rapid team and product growth

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 8 years of experience in Data and Analytics
At least 5 years' experience in Corporate Payments or Fintech
