The training instructor will supervise a caseload of individuals with Developmental Disabilities. The staff will record documentation on each individual daily; assist with implementing goals and provide training based on the individual support plan.
The staff will be responsible for maintaining Electronic Health Records. The staff will assist with meal time feeding, personal care, and toileting may be required. Lifting is a requirement. Staff must maintain training requirements.

Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
