Responsibilities:
Designs, delivers, maintains, and reviews training solutions and programs based on needs of the organization
Creates engaging, interactive, and high-quality learning experiences, utilizing ADDIE model
Conducts and documents thorough Job Task Analysis (JTAs) as a framework for identifying skills and required content
Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), leaders, and functional specialists in Operational Excellence to align on project expectations
Gathers relevant information and existing resources from subject matter experts to support the design of learning content
Writes appropriate learning objectives and program outlines utilizing the High-Level Design Document (HLDD) Template
Develops solutions that support the learning objectives and engage all learning styles (visual/auditory/hands-on)
Builds high-quality solutions adhering to workflows and best practices of the Technical Training Team
Utilizes Articulate Storyline to develop in-depth interactive self-directed experiences
Develops basic self-directed interactive solutions utilizing Articulate Rise
Produces and edits training videos utilizing Adobe Premiere
Produces engaging and visually appealing presentation decks using PowerPoint and/or Menti
Manages projects in Monday.com following Technical Training Team best practices
Produces compelling virtual learning experiences utilizing interactive features of MS Teams (polls, chat, breakout rooms, reactions)
Creates a safe environment for learners to ask questions and engage in a bias-free space
Evaluates the effectiveness of training to the employees and develops appropriate modifications as needed.

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and listening skills
Proven ability to think strategically and make the complex simpler, adjusting messaging to meet the needs of the audience
Able to work independently, multi-task, and collaborate with team members
Operate with a sense of urgency to meet all commitments and deadlines
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy
Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
Self-motivated and driven
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Communication or related field preferred
Experience in a corporate environment preferred
Working knowledge of MS365 required
Working knowledge of content authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe) highly desired
