Training Specialist IV

RMC is hiring a Training Specialist to assist in a variety of activities.

• Fifteen (15) years of experience in support of Command & Control (C2) and/or Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Platforms, including establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or Psychology.

Training Certification (i.e., Military Instructor Certification or Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+).

An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to start. A TS/SCI Clearance will be required. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
