Job Summary: As a Training Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all training activities within Broulim's. This includes developing and implementing training programs, creating onboarding programs for new hires, and ensuring consistent training alignment across all departments. You will collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs, utilize technological tools to enhance training effectiveness, and measure the impact of training programs on employee performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all levels of employees within the company.

  • Create and manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company and equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

  • Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.

  • Utilize technological tools, including Microsoft Suite and Adobe, to develop, manage, and enhance training materials and programs.

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, to deliver training content.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.

  • Ensure consistent training alignment across all departments to maintain high standards of service and operations.

  • Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continually improve training programs.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of training methodologies, learning principles, and instructional design.

  • Knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices for integrating new employees.

  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, tracking, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (or similar tools) for creating engaging training materials.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and projects simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a retail or customer service environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

  • Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
