National Technologies Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a Training Specialist for a position at our client site, NAS Patuxent River, MD.
This position will report directly to the PMA-274 Training Systems Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and will interface with Level II and Functional IPTs. In this capacity, the incumbent will support the VH-92A Training Systems IPT. The incumbent will perform support tasks and aid in the development of program plans to ensure VH-92A Training Systems technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives support the VH-92A program objectives. In addition, the individual will provide the Training Systems program manager with valid and timely data needed for responsible decision-making.

Provides administrative, operations and program support related to trainings systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) for an ACAT program.
Identifies, develops, and coordinates acquisition milestone documentation.
Reviews CDRLs, develops program briefs, and assists with program acquisition documentation, program plans, and program schedules.
Provides input and advice into the development of contract documents such as CDRLs, Statements of Work, and Specifications Attends, participates, and supports program meetings, conferences, and reviews.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal to provide input into program briefings.
Researches program issues, performs analysis and provides recommendations.
Supports program through development/documentation of standard administrative procedures.
Monitors and coordinates use of established administrative procedures and efficient accomplishment of administrative tasks.
Coordinates meetings, manages calendars and schedules, drafts correspondence, maintaining program contact roster, and utilizes program databases.
Develops, implements and maintains administrative processes.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions.
Requires a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated professional experience in program analysis of defense systems, scheduling, operational management and administrative experience.
At least three (3) of these years must be combined experience in Naval Aviation Training Systems analysis, development, acquisition, assessment, management, and operations and support.
Must have experience in all phases of requirements integration, training system development, and acquisition planning and assessment.
This individual must have experience in Administrative/Program/Project Support, to include coordinating and managing schedules, drafting executive level correspondence, using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Substitution: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for up to two (2) years of relevant experience.
