CACI is seeking a Training Resource Analyst that can work independently with minimal supervision to perform research, analysis, and data management updates as needed to support the U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).
What You'll Get to Do:
Integration of the commands training requirements into a resource model that supports the Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process.
Conducts research and completes functional analysis of management and training problems and resource constraints.
Develops strategies and recommendations which offer viable solutions for organizational performance to mitigate resource shortfalls and possible impacts of alternative courses of action, including cost/benefit analysis and trade-off analysis.
Knowledge in the analysis and evaluation of resource programs and issues related to manpower, materiel modernization, long and short term strategic planning - to include doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership & education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P).
Interfaces with unit Subject Matter Experts (SME) to collect training resource data.
Conducts analysis of all annual military training events, to include Mission Essential Task List (METL), Joint-METL, and Objective-T, to determine the resource requirements needed to fully support each event and meet organizational performance (readiness) needs.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Current TS Clearance.
Experience in military unit training, military institutional (schoolhouse) training, and/or academic performance which demonstrates the aptitude to grasp and digest complex concepts related to these disciplines, with 10 to 12 years work related experience.
Working knowledge of the PPBE process and the Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
Advanced level use of Microsoft Office applications (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Army Special Operations (ARSOF) experience.Army budget experience/knowledge.
