We are currently seeking a Training Program Manager to join the team as a member of our Operational Excellence division in our Seattle, WA location. The purpose of this role is to provide training delivery, instructional design & development, and provide creative, high-caliber job-specific training for business operations and project delivery teams.

Determine the proper blend of learning solution that reinforces hands-on application of the tools, enhances the learning transfer, and engages learners.
Develop first-hand experience with the appropriate subject matter (systems or products).
Design train-the-trainer experiences that prepare SMEs to deliver blended programs
Conceptualize technical/functional content into something creative and effective.
Conduct technical and editorial reviews of training content.
Utilize project management skills to define and meet project milestones, communicate issues and risks in a timely manner, and manage customer expectations.
Training Program Management
Project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and achieving reliable results.
Program Management skills including maintaining learning paths for various staff and field positions and tracking training completion for employees in those roles.
Leverage strong consulting skills to assess, develop and implement innovative networked learning solutions that assist the business to meet strategic initiatives and future growth.
Measure training effectiveness and plan continuous improvement efforts
Manage training programs and projects in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior level stakeholders while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
Ability to take initiative, be proactive without waiting for direction.

What we'd like to see in you:
Education/Experience: 5+ years of overall program management experience, with 2+ years in Project Management and Program Management capacity.
3-5 years' experience working in a relevant learning and development field such as instructional design, education, learning and development, training organizational development.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail required.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication abilities including skills in explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts, stakeholders and managers.
Ability to thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a professional demeanor required.
Especially helpful if this individual has:
Working knowledge of Power BI
Experience developing courseware to current Industry and adult learning standards, performance support aids, online tutorials and/or other training materials, including gaming modules
Experience working with Learning Management Systems like Litmos (current standard)
Multi-media development skills in audio, video, and/or animation
